Some information regarding social media's origin and where it is today has been provided.  Do some more research?  Take notes on what you learn regarding social media's beginnings, social media tools available, and possibilities of where social media may be going.  After you have completed your research, create a timeline.  You may use Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or one of the Web 2.0 tools like Bubbl.Us.  If you would like to use a Web 2.0 tool, be sure to ask for instructor approval before using.

When you finish your timeline, save it in the appropriate location on the network drive.  Then, upload the timeline to this assignment link by clicking the Submit Assignment button to the right.  Proofread your work carefully before you submit your timeline.
