Not seeing an enrollment change in a Canvas course?

All courses and enrollments managed in MyRED are updated in Canvas, but updates do not appear in real time. If a change is made in MyRed, it may take up to 24 hours to be updated in Canvas.

Sometimes courses will be combined. For example, you might have registered for a course named MNGT350 and it's listed in MyRed this way. However, in Canvas you see MIST350. These courses may have been combined. You will get credit for MNGT350 even though it has been combined with MIST350.

When Canvas combines courses it uses the course ID that comes first alphabetically so it combined MNGT350 into MIST350. Because MIST350 comes alphabetically before MNGT350 you'll see MIST350 listed in Canvas but MNGT350 listed in MyRed. You'll get credit for MNGT350 but access course materials in MIST350.
