You are to pick a topic from the categories below.  Think of something in this category that you would like to research.  You are going to create a research paper using correct APA format once your topic is approved.

  1. Sports
  2. Movies
  3. Music
  4. Money
  5. Technology

 

As you can see the 5 categories are very broad.  Limit the item you wish to research to one specific area.  Example - In the music category, you could research how Elvis Presley, a Mississippi native, influenced people of his day.  Once you decide on a topic, you must get your topic approved by the instructor.

When your topic is approved, research your topic.  Take notes and be sure to carefully cite your sources.  You will create a title page, a 3-page minimum report body, and reference page.  You MUST use correct APA format.  When your report is finished, upload your Word document using the Submit Assignment button to the right.
