Description

2 COOL 4 Teachers is a six week course that is available to Career and Technical Education (CTE) instructors and administrators.  This course runs entirely online and will help you learn to use Canvas, our learning management system (LMS), more effectively.  As your online facilitator, I will work closely with you and your peers to make this online session an enjoyable one.  Please check your messages regularly!  Having an internet connection and a computer to work on is a must.

The course contains several modules.  During each week, you will be asked to complete reading assignments, watch videos, and submit other action items.  There are many opportunities to interact with your fellow course participants and build a professional support network.

Expectations and Goals

We are excited to work with you on your professional learning endeavors. It is our intent that the courses we offer will meet the needs that you and your district have for your professional learning experiences. To help us maximize the learning experience for you and others in each session, it is expected that you will complete all activities as given in each course by the end of course date. Due dates are below. The due dates serve as guidelines. Late submissions will not be penalized. Contact the instructor before the course is complete should unexpected circumstances arise.

Should all work not be completed by the given end-of-course date, you are invited to take the course again at its next offering provided there is space for enrollment. Payment for retaking the course is expected.
