Sketchup Tutorial 3-Interior Space

In this assignment, you will learn to create an interior space with paint and furniture from the component gallery.

  1. Open Google SketchUp from your Desktop or Start Menu.
  2. Click Choose a Template
  3. Select Simple-Feet and Inches
  4. Click Start Using SketchUp
  5. (If a window pops up and asks to update the software, click Remind Me Later)
  6. Close the Instructor box if it's there, you won't need it.
  7. Right click on the person standing in your window and hide or delete.
  8. When your interior has paint and furniture it is done, click file, save as, save to the appropriate place on the network.  Then submit your file to this assignment link by clicking the Submit Assignment button in the upper right hand corner of this window.  Save the file as House3xx and replace the xx with your initials.
